Conditions apply including:

The house you own or you rent must have been built before 2000 and in the Wellington City Council Area.

Owner Occupier or Tenant of the home must hold a current and valid Community Services Card.

Priority is given to families with winter related health problems or who are unwell due to living in cold and damp houses, and/or to households referred by Work and Income.

If the house does not require ceiling and/or under floor insulation then no ther work will be done.
