Our business has grown and developed since created in 2000. In March 2011 the company changed ownership and is now set for its next phase of rapid growth. Our business is focused around "planet friendly" solutions including the thermal envelope and heating, with more developments in plan. The systems we have in place are based around sustainability and triple bottom-line performance – the bottomline being environmental, economic and social.
Customers tell us our difference is our people - who above all have a great attitude, enthusiasm combined extensive business experience: insulation, retrofitting, sustainability and energy efficiency for buildings.

Wool Insulation (wool and polyester blend)
Ecofleece® is available in two product options - natural or recycled. Natural Ecofleece® consists of 100% virgin New Zealand sheep's wool, whereas Recycled Ecofleece® consists of coloured sheep's wool sourced from New Zealand wool product manufacturers. Recycled is approximately 2/3 the cost of natural. Ecofleece® complies with the insulation standard AS/NZS 4859.1.

Wool Insulation (100% loose wool)
Ecowool® is available as natural Ecowool® and recycled Ecowool®. Natural Ecowool® insulation is 100% pure New Zealand fine, white wool. Recycled Ecowool® is coloured wool sourced from New Zealand woolen product manufacturers.

Wool / Polyester Sound Control Insulation
Ecohush sound control is a soft thermally bonded wool/ polyester blended blanket cut to suit most required spacing. There are no adhesives or chemicals used in the manufacturing process. Ecohush is nonirritant, user friendly and is designed to greatly reduce unwanted noise in the home or commercial environment.

Ecotherm™ is a 100% polyester insulation material able to be installed without the need for protective clothing or equipment. Manufactured from thermally bonded Polyester fibers, it creates a soft, fluffy, fleecelike material. Ecotherm™ complies with the insulation standard AS/NZS 4859.1.

Polyester Underfloor Insulation
Is a product that comprises of high density 100% polyester fibres, and is friction fixed between the underside of the floor joists. The polyester is non-irritant, non-allergenic, toxic free, easy to handle and install and adds a thermal resistance to the underside of the floor. This makes it the ‘Ultimate’ in underfloor insulation.

Under the EECA Warm Up New Zealand: Heat Smart Programme, if your home is cold, damp or draughty, and built before January 2000 you could be eligible for an update insulation and heating to your home making it snug and healthier all year round. As well as being cost-effective, our products comply with all necessary appropriate specifications, standards and statutes. Eco Insulation is a leading Service Provider to EECA - The Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority, providing New Zealand Government subsidised INSULATION and CLEAN HEAT solutions.
The ENERGYWISE™ grants that we offer are to help insulate private houses, and install clean and efficient heating under the government's Warm Up New Zealand: Heat Smart programme.
Under the programme, 188,500 homes across New Zealand will become easier and cheaper to heat - and warmer, healthier and drier as a result. The government has committed to spending $347 million over the next four years on the programme.

Who is eligible?
Homeowners with houses built before 2000 are eligible.
What is the funding for?
Funding can be used to install
- Ceiling and underfloor insulation, up to a required standard (please note, if you can access the space, you have to get both ceiling and underfloor insulation done to qualify for funding).
- A clean, efficient heating device in the primary living space, if it does not already have a heating device that meets current standards (please note - you are only eligible for funding towards clean heat if you have proper insulation first - your service provider will be able to tell you if you qualify).
- The following energy efficiency measures where necessary: a hot water cylinder wrap, pipe lagging, draught-stopping and a ground moisture barrier.

SNUG HOMES保温棉计划
SNUG HOMES 保温棉计划是EECA 和其它几个政府机构联合推出的一个免费保温棉安装计划，如果您的条件符合这个计划，那么您就能免费享受到我们的保温棉带给您的温暖，舒适的居家环境。
SNUG HOMES保温棉计划的条件:
1. 您的房子必须是2000年以前建造的。
2. 您有community services card。
3. 家里有老人（65岁以上）和小孩（14以下）以及有哮喘，支气管炎之类的疾病的患者，拥有优先安装权。
