In a continuation of our research and development Eco Insulation aim to put the customer first, while maintaining continued improvements towards health and safety, and eco friendliness. Our holistic approach to reducing organization’s environmental impact includes insuring waste is minimized. It is estimated that less than 1% of non-insulation product goes to landfill. No wool or fibreglass insulation goes to landfill.
Our Personnel are trained and encouraged to use materials efficiently and effectively by cutting planning to minimize off-cuts/waste, and all cardboard and bags are made from recycled plastic and all plastic bags are recycled.
Although Eco Insulation does install fibreglass insulation products where this is a customer requirement, installers are required to use safety procedures to protect their skin, nasal passages and eyes. Appropriate OSH measures are used.
Eco Insulation’s preference is to use products that do not provide these hazards, but their use is largely price driven by clients.
A key manager to assess the job and provide the quote addresses customers’ expectations with the use of informative product brochures and a personal visit. A quality assurance checklist is provided upon job completion and a guarantee card signed off.
Eco Insulation empowers each employee to come into contact with the client and (with the Job Supervisor) is also delegated to make on the spot decisions. Eco Insulation is proud of the excellent rapport it has developed with homeowners and clients.
